WTM Salon owner Diane De Mol goes for good looks and performance when considering what to drive.

I'm driving an HSV E3 GTS E Series 3. Honestly, the main reason for choosing this car is that it's sexy, inside and out.

It's a six-speed V8 that handles and performs better than any other car I've driven. I had to wait a couple of months before I could pick my car up but that was because I chose to "build my own" from the colour, interior leather, transmission and sunroof, to the rims and brakes.

This is my dream car. It rumbles, it's powerful, it makes you want to drive. I've had my GTS for 16 months now and I love it like I got it yesterday - despite sometimes letting it get dirty.

It was a Toyota Celica. I bought it from a car yard in Wanneroo and had to borrow the money ($1500) off my mum.

It was a 1976 model, it was manual and it was sleek and sporty looking. My fondest memory was how many times it got me to and from Carnarvon without a problem.

If you are rating me compared to my husband, I am a five, but in terms of real enthusiasts I am more likely only a one.

I love cars, especially performance vehicles, but I don't really get into the nitty gritty of engine sizes, etc.
