Kate Bosworth says her favourite spa treatment smells like breakfast.
The blonde actress leads a busy lifestyle, starring in films and spending time with her fiance Michael Polish and his daughter Jasper.
The 30-year-old says her favourite way to chill out is with a relaxing beauty treatment.
"I really love going to Korean spas in LA. There's one in particular where they do just a regular brush scrub. It's called Beverly Hot Springs.
"I think it's the only natural mineral hot spring in LA. It's got the hot and cold pools, so that's always nice to do," she told the online Australian edition of Vogue magazine.
"What I get is called the Body Scrub/Body Care Combo. They scrub but then it's also real yoghurt on your body and then real honey all over your body and they shave cucumber. It totally smells like breakfast."
Throughout her career, Bosworth has become used to changing her looks for roles.
In 2002, the actress played a lead part in surfing movie Blue Crush, which she admits was one of her more difficult ventures.
"When I did Blue Crush, it was hand in hand with the real requirements, which was surfing six hours a day. It was the strangest thing, looking back on it, I didn't even think about how I looked in a bikini because I was wondering if I looked realistic, like a surfer. It was more about representing this properly and not looking like a fool," she recalled.
"It's such a protective community and they're so passionate. You would know that better than anyone, here in Sydney. It's really a specific community and so I really wanted to do that justice. People often say, 'Gosh that's so brave', but I didn't even think about that. I was so focused on representing it and it took so much work just to get that."
