  • 10 kiwi fruit, peeled, cut into 1cm dice, frozen *

  • 120g icing sugar *

  • 200ml mineral water *

  • 1 tbsp lime juice *

  •   *

In a food processor, put all ingredients and blend until kiwi fruit has broken down. Transfer to plastic container and pop into freezer until required.
