1/3 cup soy sauce
5 stalks lemongrass, sliced finely
1/4 cup honey
5 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted for sprinkling
Combine soy sauce, lemongrass, honey, ginger, garlic and sesame seeds in a glass or ceramic dish. Add chicken and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight. Preheat oven to 180C. Place in an oven bag. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is golden and cooked through, turning halfway during cooking. Once cooked, remove from the oven bag, and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
