Pizza dough

  • Makes 6 x 28cm round pizza bases *


  • 1kg baker's flour *


  • 4 tsp dried yeast *


  • 2 tsp salt *


  • 2 tsp honey *


  • 2 tsp olive oil *


  • 650ml warm water *


Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl in order of listing to form the dough. Then knead with extra flour for about 5 minutes for a smooth and elastic feel. Cut dough into six pieces. Form into balls and place into six small bowls covered with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. They will have risen by morning, ready to use.
