Smoked cheddar and onion tart
Serves 6
3 big onions, finely diced
250g puff pastry
150g smoked cheddar, grated
1 tbsp flour
1 egg
100ml cream
6 gratings nutmeg
salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 180C. Line a 20cm tart tin with the puff pastry. Combine all other ingredients and pour into the tart case. Cook for 45 minutes.
