Local artist Jude Taylor has released a collection of textiles and wallpapers celebrating Australia's wildflowers.

The designs of the soft furnishing fabrics and wallpapers - which were used in the recent refurbishment of the office of the Premier in the historic Hale House building - feature a variety of botanical prints including modern takes on well-known flora such as banksia, kangaroo paw, hakea and the Shark Bay rose.

Taylor, who has been creating artwork from her Swan Valley studio for the past 30 years, said she was passionate about creating art that had a connection with nature.

"I have always wanted to give people an opportunity to bring beautiful WA wildflowers into their homes and businesses," she said.

The collection can be purchased from Taylor's studio at 510 Great Northern Highway, Middle Swan, or at judetaylor.com.
