  • Serves 6 *

  • 40g butter *

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar *

  • 6 star anise *

  • 2 tbsp coconut syrup (available at Asian supermarkets) *

  • 2 punnets strawberries, hulled *

  • 1 punnet fresh raspberries *

  • 1 punnet fresh blueberries *

  • 4 big bananas, sliced lengthways *

  •   *

Melt the butter in a big frying pan with the brown sugar, star anise and coconut syrup. Fold through the berries, then the banana. Serve with creamy Greek yoghurt.
