- Makes: approx 1 litre *
- 10 kiwi fruit, peeled, cut into 1cm dice, frozen *
- 120g icing sugar *
- 200ml mineral water *
- 1 tbsp lime juice *
In a food processor, put all ingredients and blend until kiwi fruit has broken down. Transfer to plastic container and pop into freezer until required.
