Three seriously injured on SW roads
Three people have seriously injured in two separate crashes in a horror night on South West roads.
A 35-year-old male motorcyclist and his 34-year-old female passenger were taken to Royal Perth Hospital by helicopter after they were thrown from a motorcycle at 9.15pm last night.
The pair were travelling along the Australind Bypass when the driver, from Capel, lost control on the gravel shoulder.
The pair were taken to Bunbury Regional Hospital with serious injuries before being taken to Royal Perth Hospital.
A 20-year-old Gracetown woman was also taken to Royal Perth Hospital last night after she received serious injuries in a crash in Cowaramup.
The woman was travelling south in a Ford Festiva, being driven by a 24-year-old Gracetown woman, when it collided head on with a Toyota which was travelling north on Bussell Highway at about 10.15pm.
The 24-year-old woman and the 43-year-old Margaret River man who was driving the Toyota were taken to Margaret River Hospital.
Police have asked witnesses of the crash to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
