"Just a few minutes later the same offender is believed to have entered the Eagle Boys pizza store on Beeliar Drive, Cockburn Central, and again demanded cash at knife point," police said.

"He became agitated when the staff member told him he could not open the till but eventually left empty handed."

The offender escaped on a black Honda motorcycle.

He is described as 170cm tall with a solid build, broad shoulders and a New Zealand accent.

He was dressed in black.

Anyone with information about the offender is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
