Charges over Bullsbrook crash deaths

Major Crash investigators have charged two men following a fatal crash in Bullsbrook last week where a 47-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman were killed.

The crash happened on Wednesday 26 December about 7.42pm when a Jeep Cherokee collided with a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Neaves Road.

The motorcycle rider and his female pillion passenger both died at the scene.

A 45-year-old Ellenbrook man was charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and fail to stop and render assistance.

A 48-year-old Bullsbrook man was charged with attempt to pervert the course of justice.

Both men will appear in the Joondalup Magistrates Court on Monday 14 January.
