A bushfire all clear has been issued for a fire on the foreshore of Wellington Dam, 15km south-west of Collie.

The fire was reported this morning and five crews attended the scene, as well as a helicopter and two fixed-wing water bombers.

Volunteer firefighters from the Toodyay Bushfire Brigade are also keeping an eye on a fire in the eastern part of Wundowie.

The fire, which is believed to be suspicious, is now burning within containment lines.

Residents in the eastern part of Boya in the Shire of Mundaring have been given the all clear after a suspicious fire burnt through a hectare of bush yesterday.

Seven crews worked to contain and control the fire after it was reported about 5.30pm.

The bushfire is under control but people are being urged to remain vigilant in case the situation changes.

Motorists travelling along North West Coastal Highway in the Shire of Ashburton are being warned of a potential smoke hazard as several fires burn on either side of the road.
