Britain's number one Santa provider wants to give some down-and-out people a second chance, setting the challenge of turning unlikely candidates into top-booking Santas. The ragtag selection includes Johnny Sausage, an unkempt traveller who is drunk at his interview; and Frank, who's spent half his life in prison for armed robbery. Brian and Steve have long been unemployed and estranged from their families, while Tiny Tim has done some serious time behind bars. It's a big risk - these men are aiming to work with children. Will they succumb to their demons or choose a path to redemption in a padded red suit?
