Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver satisfies both the carnivores and the vegetarians on this episode when he whips up two mouth- watering meals each in a quarter of an hour flat. First up on the menu is his speedy version of the Mediterranean classic lamb koftas, which he serves nestled in a pita pocket along with some fragrant couscous. But it's the accompanying veg spread that is most exciting - a deconstructed Greek salad served on a wooden board. Just genius. The British whiz later concocts a vegetarian South Indian curry with an unexpected ingredient to tantalise the tastebuds. As always, Oliver's charisma and quaint manner of speech make this nifty show even more entertaining.
