The aim of British kitchen whiz Jamie Oliver's latest show is to show time-poor folk they can make healthy and delicious meals in 15 minutes or less, and he does so with as much gusto as in his previous TV projects.
On today's double episode, he whips up camembert filo parcels, chicken with potato gratin, beef stroganoff and Moroccan mussels.
While it still remains questionable whether a mortal without Jamie's kitchen skills could actually pull off the dishes in the specified time, he shares plenty of minute- saving tips and tricks for the busy home cook.
