ABC television has shown-up the commercial networks in the ratings.
The ABC had more programs in the top 10 on Thursday night than the Nine and Seven Networks.
Embattled Network Ten's best performer was Jamie's 15 Minutes Meals, which pulled 614,000 viewers, to finish 15th.
The ABC filled second place with ABC News (997,000), legal drama Rake was seventh with 850,000 viewers, while 7.30 (816,00) was ninth and science show Catalyst (775,000) was 10th.
Seven News (1.082 million) won the evening and Nine News (989,000) was third, ahead of A Current Affair (927,000) and Today Tonight (883,000).
Soapie Home And Away was solid with 862,000 viewers to be sixth and Nine's Big Brother, which is nearing the pointy end of the series, was eight with 821,000 watchers.
The two disappointments for Seven were its two reality shows.
Beauty And The Geek had been rating strongly but could only muster 712,000 viewers to 12th.
Brynne: My Bedazzled Life, a fly-on-the-wall series about Melbourne socialite Brynne Edelsten, was 13th with 681,000 viewers - some 250,000 down on its October 4 premiere.
