Cricketer Shane Warne is rumoured to be selling the stately home he once shared with ex-wife Simone Callahan and their three children in Melbourne.
Seven News understands the Aussie spin king wants $15 million to $20 million for the Brighton mansion, but the sale is shrouded in secrecy.
Neighbours have reported seeing a number of potential buyers being shown around the house, but the couple and real estate agents are tight-lipped.
The listing comes as speculation mounts over Warne's plans to relocate to the English countryside with model fiancee Liz Hurley.
The couple are rumoured to have made an offer on a $13 million Georgian estate in Gloucestershire.
According to reports, Warne paid $8.55 million for the lavish five bedroom Melbourne home in 2009, but now it could make history as the most expensive property ever sold in Brighton.
It has since undergone extensive renovations, costing several million dollars.
They include a new swimming pool with Warne's cricket number 23 etched into the ground, tennis courts, theatre, gym and underground car park.
Real estate agent Kay & Burton managed the first sale, but refused to confirm or deny if the company is involved this time.
His manager denied any knowledge the house was up for sale.
