Perth golden girl Lisa McCune has reportedly been snapped locking lips with her South Pacific co-star, opera singer Teddy Tahu Rhodes, while strolling through Sydney’s eastern suburbs last week.
The four-time Gold Logie winner – who will also star in Ten’s new drama, Reef Doctors – is believed to have been spending the past few weeks working on the musical production away from her Melbourne home, which she shares with husband of 12 years, Tim Disney, and their three young children.
The cosy snaps – which were published in this week’s Woman’s Day magazine – show what appears to be McCune and Rhodes casually holding hands while in another more intimate photo, Rhodes looks to be passionately kissing McCune, who is propped up against a wall.
One onlooker told the magazine that McCune, who sported a casual check shirt, jeans and knitted cap, and Rhodes didn’t try to hide their feelings for one another.
“The guy she was kissing was very into her and kept touching her,” they said.
McCune renewed her wedding vows to Disney just two years ago while Rhodes is believed to have split from his second wife, Isabel Leonard.
A spokesperson did not respond to the shock images when approached by the magazine.
