Sylvester Stallone has opened up about how he is coping with the death of his son.
Sage, 36, was found dead at his Los Angeles home on July 13.
"It's tough. It's very, very tough but if you have good friends and family support (you can get through it)," he told TV show Good Morning America. "It's a horrible situation but time hopefully will heal. It's a reality of life."
The 66-year-old actor is currently promoting his new movie The Expendables 2, and his co-stars including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis and Dolph Lundgren have offered Stallone a great deal of support.
Stallone has been carrying on with his work while mourning Sage.
"It's important to get back and try to start re-living your life or you can go into a spiral," he said.
Sage was laid to rest at the St Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Los Angeles last month.
