Hemsworth’s spooky new role
he girls in the new Ghostbusters film will have some decent eye candy to look at when they tire from fighting all the phantom nasties.
Aussie heart-throbChris Hemsworth is set to be the first man to join the female-led film, directed byPaul Feig and starringMelissa McCarthy ,Kristen Wiig ,Kate McKinnon andLeslie Jones .
Feig tweeted a photo of Hemsworth, adding: “Our receptionist.whoyougonnacall.”
Hemsworth, above, is best known for his role as Thor in the Marvel films and he will also star in theRon Howard -directed biographical thriller In the Heart of the Sea.
But the Ghostbusters movie won’t be his first crack at comedy, as Hemsworth also stars in the fifth instalment of the National Lampoon’s Vacation series, Vacation, to be released in American cinemas next month.
Hemsworth was named People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive last year.
