Amy Adams to wed this weekend

Amy Adams is getting married this weekend.

The 'Big Eyes' actress and fiance Darren LeGallo - who have four-year-old daughter Aviana together - will reportedly tie the knot in a low-key ceremony at a secret location in Los Angeles.

A source said: "Amy and Darren are getting married this weekend in Los Angeles in a ceremony that will be intimate and very genuine. The guest list is being kept very small and she has kept the location very much under wraps."

The couple have been together for 14 years and got engaged in 2008, but the 40-year-old actress' recent career success means they have found it tricky to set a wedding date until now.

The source added to the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "Amy and Darren had always planned on getting married, but her career has been on such an amazing trajectory, it has been hard for her to take the time out. But now she has deliberately taken some time off work to be with her family and finally get married."

The 'American Hustle' star has previously admitted her work schedule has kept their wedding plans on hold.

Speaking in 2013, she said: "I'm not getting married anytime soon.

"I know he's completely capable and lovely, and beautiful, and offers something I could never hope to offer just in the nature of his being.

"We both have a very specific idea that we want to do this [the ceremony] in spring or fall, like in those months, but every time I'm busy working.

"I want something very family-oriented and laid-back."
