Well suited to the champers crowd

If *Rebecca Frost *throws her support behind an event, you know it's likely to be a cracker.

The *Perth * socialite and Chadwick's Perth model is a regular fixture at the hottest soirees in town and beyond and, along with architect partner *Barry Baltinas *, forms one of *WA *'s leading glamour couples.

Now Frost has given new bash SUITED The Champagne Event a major endorsement by stepping up as the face of the occasion, following on from the organisers' sold-out Melbourne Cup do last year in the *Urban Orchard *.

Themed as an inner-city oasis, SUITED The Champagne Event will be held at the QV1 building on March 21 and will feature capsule autumn/winter fashion shows from some of WA's leading labels such as Bruug, House of SKYE and Something Borrowed against a backdrop of live jazz music.

Champagne bars will offer up top-shelf drops from Veuve Clicquot, Mumm and Moet & Chandon, while gourmet food stalls from Bib & Tucker and Apple Daily will serve a range of culinary delights.

Frost told _Access All Areas _the SUITED events had quickly become highlights on her social calendar and she had high hopes for the upcoming affair.

"It is nice to see smaller events happening around Perth in stunning locations that attract a more fashion- forward, edgy crowd who are looking for something a little bit special," she explained. "The Melbourne Cup event went off amazingly so I think people are very excited to see what the champagne event is going to bring."

As for what makes a great party, Frost said it was more about offering a premium, exclusive experience than attracting a large guest list.

"I have been to events with high expectations but they have become a bit lacklustre," she said.

"These days, I do look for more boutique events with smaller crowds and I like the finer details like premium cocktails and gourmet food."

Tickets to SUITED The Champagne Event are available through Ticketbooth.
