Hurley tweets mammogram
British actress and model Elizabeth Hurley has never shied away from showing off her assets but this time it's for a good cause.
Hurley, Shane Warne's ex-fiancee, has posted on Twitter a picture of herself after undergoing a mammogram and has urged her fans to have their breasts checked by doctors.
The picture shows Hurley in a clinic, dressed in a robe and surrounded by medical equipment.
"After 40, you should have an annual mammogram. Had mine this morning. It's always nerve wracking (sic) but remember . . . Breast cancer is 95 per cent curable if detected early," Hurley tweeted.
The star is currently in New York City to attend a fundraising event for research into the disease.
