Kylie Minogue has overhauled her duet with Nick Cave for a new version of the song on her forthcoming orchestral album.

The Australian pop superstar has revamped hits from throughout her 25-year career for her new release The Abbey Road Sessions.

And Cave has also been into the studio to re-record his vocal on the single Where The Wild Roses Grow which was first a hit in 1995.

At the time the Australian duo seemed an unlikely pairing with Minogue best known for her pop hits while Cave had spent years working on dark brooding tunes. The track was included on his Murder Ballads album.

Minogue has worked on 16 tracks for the album - out on October 29 - including a previously unreleased song Flower, she announced.

Other tracks on the album include The Locomotion, Better The Devil You Know, I Should Be So Lucky and Confide In Me.
