Brierty has won a four-year residential development contract in Darwin which is expected to deliver $90-$100 million in revenue.

The company said its subsidiary Bellamack would develop stage two of the Zuccoli residential development, involving 440-460 mixed-density residential lots.

Zuccoli is 2.5 kilometres from the substantially complete Bellamack development where Brierty has worked since 2008.

The company said the development would enable the direct transfer of skills, machinery, and expertise from Bellamack to Zuccoli.

Brierty managing director Peter McBain said the company would build on the experience it had gained from the Bellamack development in delivering construction work at Zuccoli stage two.

"We are pleased to continue our relationship with the Northern Territory Government and further establish our presence in the Top End," he said.

Brierty shares were up half a cent to 37 cents at 8.40am.
