Veteran media buyer Harold Mitchell is set to replace Richard Turner as a non-executive director at Burswood Entertainment Complex owner Crown.
Mr Turner is retiring after 11 years with PBL and then Crown after its demerger from PBL in 2007.
Crown said it would update the market when the change became effective following regulatory approval.
Crown shares closed up 10 cents, or 1.18 per cent, at $8.57.
