Young migrants attack elderly men after they defend woman on train
Disturbing video has surfaced appearing to show a group of young migrants attacking two German pensioners after they tried to defend a young woman on a train.
Filmed on a mobile, the video shows the men, believed to be migrants, holding one of the elderly men by the arms as they verbally abuse him.
The second victim is seen in a struggle with one of the men, before he is held up by the neck.
Munich commuter Tom Roth shared the shocking video to his Facebook. He captured the footage while travelling to the Metro’s city centre terminal.
He claimed the fight broke out after a woman rejected one of the men.
The man’s response was to smash his hand against a glass window.
When the elderly gentlemen intervened an angry exchange erupted.
“A young woman was attacked on the subway. When two old men tried to intervene, they too were attacked,” a translated version of Mr Roth’s post read.
“This was in the heart of Munich, in the middle of the day. I got on the train at Sendlinger Tor travelling to the main railway station. I sat in a four-seater, across from a young lady.
Mr Roth said several men asked the man to stop when he became aggressive.
He said he called police when the train reached the station but was told ‘there was nothing they could do’.
