Less than two weeks before the national finals in Melbourne, WA’s Miss Universe State finalists have enjoyed a relaxing getaway to Bali.

Finalists Daisy Jeanes, Tayla Damir, Kayla Paul, Nonny Mulholland, Melissa Barnard, Kayla Paul and Brittany Taylor jetted to the island of the gods with Miss Congeniality Rebecca Williams for a six-day break where they bonded and enjoyed some downtime.

Over the past week, the women had the chance to attend a cooking class, practise yoga on the beach and blow off steam in a series of outdoor fitness sessions.

They also visited the Bali Life orphanage, where they spent an afternoon playing with the children and helping them with chores before leaving behind new instruments and sporting equipment as gifts.

The holiday is a different scene from where the finalists will be in a matter of days.

They will soon head to Melbourne for preliminary judging in their quest to be named Miss Universe Australia, ahead of the final on June 5.
