Former West Coast Eagles star Daniel Kerr appeared briefly in court this afternoon over an alleged late-night incident in Glendalough last year.

Kerr has pleaded not guilty to two counts of endangering the life, health or safety of a person over allegations he poured a flammable liquid around a house and threatened to light it.

His father, Roger Kerr, was in court to support his son this afternoon.

Outside court, Kerr said he was committed to playing football in Denmark after his bail conditions were changed earlier this month.

Kerr moved to the Great Southern to work and play football for Denmark-Walpole after his court-ordered curfew was dropped.

Chief Magistrate Steven Heath adjourned the case until May 19.
