Driver dies in country crash
One person died and another was seriously injured when a car hit a tree in the South West in the early hours of this morning.
A 25-year-old was driving a blue Mitsubishi Magna west on Channybearup Road in Jadree, near Manjimup, about 3.30am.
The driver died after the car crossed to the wrong side of the road and hit a tree.
A 21-year-old passenger was flown to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries.
Police want to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash or saw the car before it hit the tree.
