Three injured as car hits park bench

Three people have been injured during a freak accident in Mandurah this morning.

The trio were sitting on a park bench handing out Jehovah's Witness pamphlets, when they were hit by a car.

One man was seriously injured and has been taken to Royal Perth Hospital.

Two others suffered cuts and suspected broken bones and were taken to Peel Health Campus.

It's understood police are investigating whether the elderly driver suffered a seizure or stroke.
