Perth-raised TV personality Carrie Bickmore is pregnant with her second child.

"Well speaking of babies, I have some news for you tonight... I am having a baby," the 33-year-old announced on her Network Ten TV show The Project tonight.

Bickmore is already a mum to six-year-old son Oliver who she had with her late husband Greg Lange.

Lange sadly died four years ago following a ten-year battle with brain cancer.

The former Perth College student is expecting her baby with boyfriend and Project show producer Chris Walker, who she has been seeing for over two years.

After the tragic loss of Lange, Bickmore said this year that she finds solace with her new beau when times are tough.

"Absolutely, I think that's the way it is for everybody," she said when asked about the support Walker offers her and six-year-old son Oliver.

"Having someone you can share those moments with, and scream or cry. It's been good to share that. It's been nice and we're all good."

Bickmore, who is now based in Melbourne, later added: "Everything is going good, it really is. I think everybody enjoys company."
