Perth heavyweight boxer Mark de Mori is in action later this month when he takes on Croatia's Marino Goles over 12 rounds in Germany.

De Mori last fought in May in Gladstone, Queensland, when he stopped former victim Adnan Buharalija inside four rounds.

A win over Goles in Niedersachsen on September 20 should push Croatia-based de Mori (26 wins, one loss, two draws) back towards the WBC top 15.

Goles (16-1) won his first 16 fights before losing to Bosnia's former WBO cruiserweight title challenger Alexander Petkovic last time out after withdrawing at the end of the third round.
