Police appeal after Myalup crash

Myalup crash blocks Forrest Highway

Police have appealed for information about a two-car collision in Myalup this morning, that left a man with serious injuries.

A white Holden Commodore sedan and a blue Ford utility collided on Forrest Highway about 10km north of Myalup Beach Road about 7.10am.

The 28-year-old male driver of the Commodore received minor injuries but his 20-year-old male passenger received serious injuries and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by the RAC Rescue helicopter.

The driver of the Ford was not injured.

The north-bound lane of Forrest Highway was blocked for some time following the crash.

Police Major Crash investigators would like to speak with anyone who was travelling on the Forrest Highway this morning who might have seen the crash or either vehicle prior to the crash.
