Police need help to identify a woman who they believe may be able to assist in their investigation into a serious crash on Beaufort Street, Inglewood, on Sunday.

About 7pm police were called to a motorcycle crash on Beaufort Street near Fifth Avenue where a 53-year-old man riding a black Kawasaki motorcycle crashed.

Police believe the woman may have been driving in the area immediately before to the incident.

The woman is described as being fair skinned, of medium build, with red hair, which was tied back at the time. She was wearing a floral patterned dress with a black jacket worn over the top.

Police would like to speak with the woman or anyone who may assist in her identification.
