Man charged with fleeing accident

A man who allegedly fled the scene of a crash where two women were injured has been charged with a string of traffic offences.

The 39-year-old South Guildford man is alleged to have left the women after he was involved in a crash between at least two vehicles earlier this month.

He will appear in Midland Magistrate’s Court today after being charged with failing to render assistance at a traffic crash.

The man has also been charged with evading police, having no authority to drive, reckless driving, stealing a motor vehicle, three counts of aggravated burglary, stealing and failing to stop when called upon with aggravated circumstances.
