Police hunt speargun bandit

Police are hunting a man who held up a North-West service station armed with a speargun.

The well-dressed man entered the service station at Bilingurra near Broome at about 8pm on July 28 and threatened staff before taking cash.

The man is thought to be aged between 25 and 35, is 170 to 180cm tall with a medium build.

He was wearing a grey hooded jacket, light blue dress shirt, dark pants, black shoes with white trim and a dark blue wide-brim hat.

He used a scarf to cover his face.
