Manslaughter charge from fatal crash
A 22-year-old has been charged over a fatal crash in Morley last week.
Police will allege that 23-year-old James Della died when he fell from a vehicle being driven by the 22-year-old along Cooper Road at 11.55pm on Friday.
Della was taken to Royal Perth Hospital with serious head injuries but later died.
Major Crash Investigators charged the driver with manslaughter and failing to report the incident to police.
He will face the Perth Magistrate's Court on September 5.
