Machete road rage threat

Police are looking for two men responsible for a road rage incident involving a machete in Scarborough overnight.

At about 6.45pm a 28-year-old woman and 31-year-old man were driving along Sackville Terrace in Scarborough when a blue Holden Statesman cut in front of them and stopped.

The male occupant of the first car got out to speak with the two men in the Holden but was threatened with a machete.

The two men returned to the Holden and drove off down Ravenscar Street.

Police describe the first offender as in his 30s with dark skin, a slim build and about 188cm tall. He was wearing a t-shirt and shorts.

The second man was described as about 45-years-old with dark skin, a stocky build and grey hair. He was wearing grey clothing.
