Court date over alleged $11 theft
A 21-year-old Geraldton man will face court after he allegedly stole $11 from a fast food outlet.
According to police, just before 10pm on Monday July 14, the man entered the store on Chapman Road and approached an unattended cash register.
He allegedly pressed a number of buttons until the register opened and stole eleven one dollar coins.
Geraldton Police arrested and charged the man on July 31 and he will appear before Geraldton Magistrates Court on September 4.
