Woman dies ticking adventures off bucket list
Geraldine Jones had just beaten cancer and was ticking items off her bucket list.

A woman was ticking adventures off her bucket list when she died in a freak horse-riding accident, according to a Welsh website.

South Wales Evening Post reports that Geraldine Jones had recently beaten breast cancer and was working through a wish list of long-held dreams when she fell from a horse on Llangennith Beach in Gower, Wales, last week.

Ms Jones, 51, had been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 but had been declared free of the disease.

Ms Jones, who was married with two teenage children, had been former head of marketing and communications at a Hospice near Hereford.

Hospice staff were reported to be devastated at her death, saying she was a vibrant and joyful colleague.

The coroner's office in Swansea is awaiting the results of the post-mortem examination before a decision on whether an inquest is held.
