Gold and diamond iPhone6 for $8950
Gold and diamond iPhone6 for $8950

For a lazy $8950 you can get your hands on one of Apple's new iPhone 6s - in bling form.

Luxury US-based phone maker Brikk is offering its Lux iPhone 6, with "a think layer of pure 24K yellow gold" and a diamond-encrusted Apple logo on pre-order.

The launch of Apple's iPhone 6 is expected for September, and the company said its high-end bling edition would be shipped within four weeks of the phone's official release.

For Apple users looking for a less presumptuous bling phone, the non-diamond encrusted version is priced at a mere $4800.

Other editions include a "pink gold" version and a "platinum" version.

Brikk said each Lux was "hand polished, plated and assembled in Brikk's state of the art laboratory in Los Angeles" and was unlocked for world-wide use.
