Lotto millionaire for regional WA

Million dollar Lotto luck has struck regional WA after a winning ticket from last night’s draw was sold at Boulder News & Lotto.

It follows a winning streak experienced at the outlet last year after three Division 1 tickets worth a combined $4.1 million were sold.

The outlet’s luck started in May when they sold a $607,042 winning ticket, before selling a $2.5 million ticket in June and a $1 million ticket in October.

Owner of the outlet Paula Brown said the win was starting to generate a lot of excitement around town with the good news spreading quickly amongst locals.

"We haven’t even had a chance to put up sign yet but people have been talking about the win all morning. This is great for the community," Ms Brown said.
