Drink-drive mum had baby in car

A Parmelia woman has been caught drink driving with her 10-month-old baby in the back seat.

The 28-year-old was driving on Meares Avenue in Parmelia when she was pulled over by officers from the mounted unit about 11.30am yesterday.

Police said the woman failed the preliminary breath test and was taken to Kwinana Police Station, where she failed a second breath test.

She was issued an infringement for blowing over 0.05.
