Pedestrian killed by car in Warwick

A man has died after being hit by a car in the northern suburb of Warwick yesterday.

Just before midday the 27-year-old man was killed when he was hit by a blue Holden Commodore station wagon travelling south on Erindale Road about eighty metres north of Beach Road.

Police believe he was was hit by the car as he was crossing the road.

Anyone who saw the crash or the Commodore prior to the incident can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
