Stolen gun cabinet 'could explode'

A firearms cabinet containing explosive material has been stolen from a property near Denmark.

Police are urging people who come into contact with the cabinet to be cautious because its contents could explode if subjected to heat or a flame.

The cabinet was stolen between noon and 2pm yesterday.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact their local police station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
