Driver allegedly had unrestrained baby on front seat

An unlicensed motorist is due to face court after allegedly driving while children were unrestrained in the car, including a baby in the front seat.

Police allege that the 23-year-old woman was driving in Tuart Hill yesterday with two children aged three and five standing on the back seat.

A three-month-old child was lying on the front seat, police allege.

Bayswater Police tweeted about the alleged offences.

The woman is due to face Perth Magistrate’s Court next month.
