Driver allegedly had unrestrained kids
An unlicensed motorist is due to face court after allegedly driving while children were unrestrained in the car, including a baby in the front seat.
Police allege that the 23-year-old woman was driving in Tuart Hill yesterday with two children aged three and five standing on the back seat.
A three-month-old child was lying on the front seat, police allege.
Bayswater Police tweeted about the alleged offences.

Driver charged and will be going to court to explain sheer stupidity to the magistrate. Don't expect leniency #unimaginableconsequences
