Bingle homes in on bucks
Lara Bingle has sold her waterfront Sydney apartment for $1 million but the sale almost didn't happen when real estate agents struggled to track down the model.
The luxury one-bedroom pad in Darling Point went under the hammer on Saturday, however, it was initially thought the property might not sell after agents could not get in contact with the blonde beauty to approve the final offer.
Bingle, is holidaying on the Italian coast with Rockingham-raised boyfriend Sam Worthington and has been posting regular updates of their adventures to her social media accounts.
It seems contact was eventually made with the 26-year-old yesterday, with a source confirming Bingle was thrilled with the sale price.
"Lara was uncontactable for most of the weekend and auctioneers were keen to get hold of her to agree a price offered by a bidder," the insider said.
Bingle is rumoured to have eyed up another Sydney apartment in Point Piper, worth about $3 million.
