Merriwa party ends in GBH charge
A 29-year-old man from Butler has been charged with grievous bodily harm after a fight at a party in Merriwa on the weekend.
Police will allege the man was involved in an altercation at the party on Olympus Loop on Saturday night.
A 32-year-old man from Innaloo received serious head injuries and is currently in a critical but stable condition in Royal Perth Hospital.
The man from Butler was charged the following day and appeared the Joondalup Magistrate's Court today.
